Choosing the functionality most useful to businesses, TCO created its Enhanced Plan. When coupled with the features of IP Advantage, a company equips itself with the most highly desired business communications capabilities.

Unified Messaging (PDF Document)— retrieves messages from your desk phone or remotely. Be notified by e-mail or pager when new messages arrive. Users can route any call received through IP Advantage directly to voicemail. Calls can be forwarded or transferred within your IP Advantage network or to other off-net locations, buildings, cities, states, or countries.

Remote Calling — lets any phone be a business phone. Whether telecommuting from a home office, using a wireless phone, payphone, or at any other device, users can continue to apply their personal User Web Portal to access contacts, call logs, and click to-call while maintaining updated call logs as if working at an office desk.

Find me/Follow me — goes beyond call forwarding and allows selective call treatments based on a user’s personal preferences. Treatments can be as specific as a name or phone number. Users may choose up to three different phone numbers to which they can forward callers. They may have different patterns for different groups of people, and they may be notified via pager or e-mail if they missed a specific caller.

Web and Audio Conferencing (PDF Document) — allows employees to create conferences on-demand, or in advance. Managing the conferencing is easy using the browser-accessible User Web Portal feature.
